John Demopoulos

My name is John and I sincerely hope you may consider me to be part of your special day. I have been married to my wife Sharon for almost 30 years .Both Sharon’s parents and my own have been married for over 50 years so between us all we have over 130 years of marriage experiences to share.. We have lived in Leopold since our marriage and have raised 4 beautiful children there. I am passionate about families and communities. Sharon and I have 2 sons on the Autism spectrum and have spent many years offering support and friendship to Geelong’s Autism community after founding The Treehouse Geelong Autism Support Group and also as facilitator of the Nelson Park Auskick clinic for 17 years. My hobbies are going to garage sales, collecting vinyl records and everything else retro. I love blues music, festivals and spending time with my family and friends.

I’m really excited to have started ‘I Do Marriages’ and looking forward to the many wonderful people and experiences that being a marriage celebrant will bring.
